HOW I WORK
As a Psychodynamic Counsellor, my aim is to bring the unconscious mind to consciousness, helping individuals to look at the roots of their problems. My role is to help you understand how past events may have affected your current decision-making, behaviours and relationships. Together we can explore the issues that have led you to seek therapy. I provide a safe place for you to bring the concerns that are troubling you, helping you to express your thoughts, experiences and feelings, some of which may feel overwhelming. Psychodynamic therapy is based on respect, honesty, trust and security.
